Getting started

From first conversation to first visit.

Beginning support should feel calm and clear. The first consultation is free and does not place you under any obligation.

01

Start with a free conversation

Tell us who the support is for, the general area and what would make everyday life easier. You do not need to know the exact service name.

02

Talk through what matters

We discuss routines, preferences, communication, access and relevant safety considerations. A relative or trusted person can be involved where appropriate.

03

Agree clear arrangements

We confirm what GT Family Care can help with, the visit schedule, the price and the important boundaries. This is recorded in writing.

04

Begin support

Visits start once everyone understands and agrees the arrangements. We review them if needs, routines or circumstances change.

The free consultation

What we will talk through.

The conversation is proportionate to the support requested. It is not a medical assessment.

What matters to you

Preferred routines, interests, communication and the kind of company or help that would feel useful.

Practical arrangements

Days, times, access, contact details, location and how the visit should work.

Suitability & safety

Anything necessary to decide whether GT Family Care can provide the requested support safely and within its service.

Clear next steps

Price, written arrangements and what needs to happen before the first visit.

Good to know

An enquiry is not a contract.

Sending a message or having an initial conversation does not confirm availability or create a service agreement. Support begins only after suitability, scope, price and written arrangements have been agreed.

No pressure, just a conversation

Start with a free conversation.

Tell us what would make everyday life easier. We will listen and explain whether GT Family Care is a suitable fit.
